The Purest Green
Apart from work, a lot's been going on my life over the past year or so and that includes a lot of DIY, trying to finally finish off our house. I now realise that will never happen completely, as it just never ends and there's always more you can do, so I'm happy to settle for a house that's sort of, almost there, and get a garden that's also sort of, almost there too.
It was really overgrown until a month or so ago, when we got a nice
man called Jay to come and dig it up, re-turf it, take out some uncontrollable shrubs and prepare it
for the large shed-office that's going to be built down the end of it
this month. As you can see, as well as a potential veggie patch, we've got the newest, greenest grass! I've
even planted some flowers and herbs, and been out there weeding every now and
again. I don't know how long the enthusiasm will last, but for now, it's much fun.
